My Journey
I found myself on my mat for the first time a decade ago, originally drawn to the practice for its physical components, however, I quickly realized the tools it gave me to foster a deeper connection between my mind and body. After countless breakthroughs and breakdowns on my mat, I yearned to guide others through a similar journey back into themselves. This desire led me to earn my 200-hour certification in February 2023 and go on to completed my advanced 300-hour training in India earlier this year.
Now at 23, I have leaned into the yoga space full time and have had the honor of facilitating over 800 classes to thousands of clients across the world. Through this introspective path of movement and guidance, I have become more and more aware of the energy that lives within us and connects us all.
My path has taken me across the world and back, immersing myself in an advanced 300 hour training and furthering my learnings with hands on assist, yin yoga, self-myofascial release and breath work facilitation.
Teaching Style
I believe movement is a form of body poetry—an expressive language that allows us to communicate with ourselves on a deeper level. My approach blends creative sequencing with a balance of familiarity and exploration, guiding students through intentional flows that awaken both strength and fluidity. By weaving together innovative transitions, dynamic movement patterns, and peak postures, I encourage practitioners to expand their range of motion while cultivating a sense of ease and presence.
Rooted in somatic practice, my classes invite students to tune into the subtleties of their bodies, fostering awareness, curiosity, and self-trust. Through mindful breathwork and embodied movement, I aim to create a space where students can reconnect with themselves—grounding into the present moment while exploring their inner wisdom. Whether you're seeking a playful challenge or a nourishing release, my classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering a practice that is both transformative and deeply personal.
